At Pulled Wool Saddle Pads, there is a timeless tradition of making custom wool saddle pads, an art form over 100 years old that is made today much like yesteryear: one loop at a time. Each pad made specific to each customer’s needs with custom sizes available. Pads typically weigh six to seven and a half pounds pending size. New, they are about 1 3/8″ thick but quickly compress to about half that thickness with intial use. Deposits required to secure a short wait-list. Pads are mainly natural white in color with accent colors added. Brands and/or initials are added as per customer order for an additional small fee. Shipping is also paid by the customer; insurance is always included in shipping to protect the investment.
Pads are manufactured one at a time for each individual order. Pad Maker, Diane Myers, as been building pads for nearly thirty years as of 2024.
