About
Amanda Griffey
Amanda Griffey Fine Art offers a unique glimpse into the beauty of farm life through the eyes of a talented artist. Based in east-central Indiana, Amanda lives on a farm with her husband and two sons, where they raise beef cattle, row crops, and hay, all while managing a local feed store. Though she’s currently horseless, Amanda’s passion for horses runs deep—she has spent years showing and training Quarter Horses and Paints.
As a professional artist, Amanda’s favorite subject is the horse, but her work also celebrates the broader rural lifestyle, from farm animals and equipment to the landscapes and rodeo culture that define her everyday world. Drawing inspiration from the challenges and rewards of farm life, Amanda’s artwork captures fleeting, beautiful moments—those simple yet profound reminders of the love and hard work that come with rural living.
Her art invites viewers into a world where the rugged beauty of the countryside is preserved through brushstrokes and pencil lines. Whether it’s the grace of a horse galloping across a field or the quiet stillness of a barn at dusk, Amanda’s pieces are an ode to the farm life that has shaped her. Through her work, she hopes to remind others of the immense beauty that can be found in the most unexpected places.
