About
Jordan Todd
Jordan Todd, the 2024 Miss Rodeo Missouri, is a passionate advocate for the sport of rodeo and the values of the Western lifestyle. At 25 years old, Jordan’s journey to the title of Miss Rodeo Missouri reflects her deep love for rodeo, her dedication to education, and her commitment to making a positive impact both in the arena and in her community. Raised in Wright City, Missouri, Jordan is the daughter of Jennifer and John Todd, who instilled in her a strong sense of family, work ethic, and a love for the rodeo world.
A proud graduate of the University of Central Missouri, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Criminal Justice in 2021, where she excelled academically and developed a passion for law and public service. During her time at UCM, she also served as the captain of the Mock Trial Team, honing her leadership, communication, and analytical skills. These experiences have shaped her career aspirations and led her to pursue a Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri School of Law. Jordan is currently completing her law degree and plans to use her legal education to advocate for causes that are important to her, including the future of rodeo and the preservation of the Western way of life.
In addition to her academic achievements, Jordan is a dedicated athlete. Outside the classroom, she competes in rodeos and barrel races as a proud member of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboys Association (MRCA) and the Better Barrel Racers Association (BBR). Her love for rodeo started at a young age, and she has developed a deep connection to the sport, embracing its challenges and rewards. Whether in the rodeo arena or the barrel racing pen, Jordan exemplifies the courage, perseverance, and determination that are at the heart of rodeo.
As Miss Rodeo Missouri 2024, Jordan is committed to using her platform to promote the sport of rodeo, not only in Missouri but across the nation. Through education and advocacy, she works to raise awareness about the importance of rodeo and its role in preserving the agricultural and cultural heritage of the Western way of life. Jordan is passionate about the values that rodeo represents—respect, discipline, teamwork, and resilience—and she hopes to inspire young people to embrace these principles as they pursue their dreams.
One of Jordan’s key goals as Miss Rodeo Missouri is to collaborate with Missouri’s political leaders to ensure that the sport of rodeo continues to thrive. By engaging with policymakers, she aims to advocate for the needs of the rodeo community, including increased funding for rodeo events, better recognition of rodeo athletes, and support for agricultural initiatives. Jordan understands that the future of rodeo depends on the support of both the community and the government, and she is dedicated to being a voice for the sport in these critical conversations.
Jordan’s love for rodeo extends beyond the arena. She is passionate about giving back to her community and helping others discover the same sense of purpose and belonging that she has found in rodeo. She actively participates in local events and charity initiatives that promote youth involvement in rodeo, agriculture, and Western traditions. Through her work with local 4-H groups and other youth programs, Jordan is helping to inspire the next generation of rodeo athletes and Western enthusiasts.
As Miss Rodeo Missouri, Jordan represents more than just the title of state rodeo queen—she embodies the spirit of the West. She is a role model for young women who aspire to pursue their passions and make a difference in their communities. With her academic achievements, athletic prowess, and dedication to advocacy, Jordan is proving that it is possible to balance a career, a love for rodeo, and a commitment to serving others.
