As a 4-H leader and an active member of California Women for Agriculture, she is committed to educating others about the importance of agriculture and rodeo. JoSee Saults, crowned Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2024, is a 22-year-old from Big Springs, Nebraska, with a deep passion for rodeo, agriculture, and leadership. Raised on her family’s ranch, JoSee grew up competing in junior and high school rodeo and later served as president of the Eastern Wyoming College rodeo team. A recent graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Communication, she plans to attend law school while continuing her rodeo career. As Miss Rodeo Nebraska, JoSee’s platform, “Rise and Shine,” focuses on empowering young girls and women to embrace their potential and shine in all aspects of life. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of rodeo athletes and promoting the values of hard work, discipline, and community.
