After spending over two decades in the health and fitness industry, Brandee Bratton, founder of Equestrian Edge Fitness, felt a longing to return to her equestrian roots. Burnt out from years of coaching, she sought to reconnect with her passion for horses and became certified in equine massage.
However, her journey revealed an important truth: while equine massage can benefit horses, lasting improvement requires addressing the fitness and balance of the rider as well.
